All orders ship from our warehouse in Illinois within 24-72 hours.
Domestic Shipping to the U.S.: FREE for all purchases of $50 or more. There is no charge for shipping on orders of $50 or more, however, we do provide you the option to pay shipping costs so Freadom can donate more money toward literacy initiatives across America. We appreciate the opportunity to make even more of an impact if you choose that option.
International Shipping: Freadom is happy to send products around the world for an added fee! Please note: you will be responsible for all customs and import/export fees when the package arrives. Customer is responsible for all related customs fees and for all return shipping costs on international orders. Transit times vary by country, so please allow additional times for international orders. Typically, international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but could take considerably longer. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with us. We accept all items returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of your receipt of order. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit.
Sale items and stickers are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges on domestic orders are free, but a $9 return handling fee is charged for orders returned for a refund. This $9 is deducted from the refund amount.
If you need to initiate a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process. You will need to include the order number (in your confirmation email) and the shipping zip code on the order in your email.
Please contact email@example.com if you receive an item which is damaged or defective.
Please be aware it may take 24-72 hours for your return to be approved.
International Orders: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.
