Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel the order, add/remove items, or change the shipping address, please contact us ASAP at 989.FREADOM (989.373.2366) or send us an email at  within 30 minutes of placing your order.

To ensure the highest level of service, please send email with the subject “Change/Cancel Order” and include your order number. Please send all required information on the adjustment to your original order (items (with sizes) you want to add or remove; updated shipping address, etc.) Please include a call-back number in case our team has any questions. Order changes or cancellations are NOT guaranteed and can only be requested during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pmCST.)

Orders which have already shipped cannot be modified.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, it could take our facility 24-72 hours to process, pack and ship your order. A delay of up to an additional 72 hours for processing may occur during the holiday season.

For standard shipping, items should arrive to your shipping address within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer discounts?

Because Freadom donates 100% of net profits to literacy initiatives across America, we typically do not offer discounts. We want to give as much money away for literacy as possible!

If you would like to place a bulk order (corporate, conferences, schools, etc.) please contact us and we will explore your request and options.

Returns + Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with us. We accept all items returned in their original, unused condition within 60 days of your receipt of order. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit.

Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges within 60 days on domestic orders are free, but a $9 return handling fee is charged for orders returned for a refund. This $9 is deducted from the refund amount.

How do I make a return?

If you need to initiate a return, please click here to start the process. You will need the order number (in your confirmation email) and the shipping zip code on the order.

Once you have submitted your return/exchange request, you will be able to download a shipping label.

Exchanges on domestic orders are free, but a $9 return handling fee is charged for orders returned for a refund. This $9 is deducted from the refund amount.

If you received an item as a gift, please contact us to initiate a return/exchange.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely! If your item doesn’t fit quite right, we are happy to exchange it for a different size. Please click here to start the process.

Please note:
- Gifts can only be returned for store credit, no cash refunds will be provided.
- Exchanging for a different product? You will need to exchange for store credit and then make a new purchase on the site.

How long will my return/exchange take?

We try to issue refunds as quickly as possible! Once we receive the return and inspect the item(s), we will issue your refund. Under normal circumstances, this process typically takes 10-18 days from the time you send it back. During the holiday season, please add an additional 10-20 days.

Once your refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.

Help! I received the wrong or a damaged item.

If you received the wrong item or your item is damaged, please contact us ASAP with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will work with you to make it right!


Is Shipping Free?

Standard shipping is free for US orders! Expedited and international shipping is available for an extra fee.

We do provide you the option to pay shipping costs so Freadom can donate more money toward literacy initiatives across America. We appreciate the opportunity to make even more of an impact if you choose that option.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking info for your delivery.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At checkout, you will have the option to choose expedited shipping for an additional cost.

What carriers do you use?

Within the U.S., we ship USPS, UPS or FedEx

For international orders, we use DHL.

If you have special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship globally?

We ship to many countries around the world. If you’ve purchased from a US-based online retailer previously, it’s likely we can ship to your country. Shipping costs for international orders are between $25-$50 depending on location.

Shipping promos cannot be applied to international shipments.

Transit times vary by country, so please allow additional times for international orders. Typically, international orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, but could take considerably longer.

Will I have to pay customs/duties on an international order?

All international customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These fees are NOT included in the cost of shipping and we are unable to provide estimates. Please check with your local customs agency for more details before placing your order.

What? Tracking shows my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What do I do?

Ugh…sometimes this happens…the shipping company marks your package delivered before it’s been physically dropped off.

Verify the correct shipping address was on your order.

Look all around your mailbox/doors/garage for where your package might be hiding! If a multi-dwelling building, contact your delivery desk/room.

Check if someone else accepted delivery, including neighbors!

Hold tight…typically packages turn up in 3 days. Still not there after you patiently waited…contact us.

What do you donate to literacy initiatives?
We donate 100% of net profits to literacy initiatives across America.

How do you define net profits?
Freadom defines net profits as revenue from all sources minus all ordinary business expenses and necessary working capital.

*We are just getting started! Therefore, until we are profitable, Freadom commits to donating 10% of all revenue.

How do you determine your beneficiaries?
Beneficiaries are proactively researched, identified, vetted and selected by Freadom based on the below criteria. As such, there is NOT an open application process; we kindly ask literacy initiatives to respect our approach.

Where do your products come from?

Freadom is committed to creating and selling the highest quality and responsibly made apparel and products possible with the bold goal of donating $100 million annually to literacy initiatives across America. Therefore, we remain open-minded to where our products originate and are made. That said, when it makes sense, we do everything we can to provide products made in the USA.
